With a legacy of over 20 years, Sampoorna has been a beloved name in Surat’s culinary scene, known for its handcrafted ice creams and nostalgic charm. When the founders decided to refresh their space without losing their essence, we were thrilled to take it on.

The 1,000 sq. ft. café was reimagined as an immersive, sensory experience — staying rooted in authenticity while introducing an inviting, open environment. A bold design decision placed the kitchen right at the center of the restaurant, fully open and curved in layout. This not only encouraged natural interaction between the team and guests but also allowed the aromas and action to travel effortlessly through the space.

The space captures the spirit of the brand: warm, approachable, and joyfully curious. From retro-style sundaes to moments of spontaneous tasting at the counter, every detail was crafted to bring people together. This transformation was completed in just 25 days — a celebration of speed, trust, and the vibrant soul of Sampoorna.
