Our clients, adventurous, well-traveled, and deeply invested in a home that mirrors their vibrant lifestyle, have entrusted us completely, giving us the freedom to craft a sanctuary filled with music, art, and moments for entertaining and relaxation.

Tucked away in the serene village of Kolat, the home balances maximalism and minimalism, blending texture, nature, and artisanal detail throughout. From lime-plastered walls to reclaimed wood, local stone flooring, and handmade ceilings and cabinetry, we are involved in designing and overseeing every element. For the first time, we are creating original art installations and statement pieces, hand-carved to reflect creativity and originality. Every nook and corner is thoughtfully developed, ensuring function, beauty, and personality coexist seamlessly.

The residence features verandas, courtyards, two kitchens, luxurious bedrooms, unique bathrooms, libraries scattered throughout, entertainment rooms for gatherings, cozy fireplaces, and a pool, all framed by beautiful landscaping that envelops the home. Designed as a retreat from city life, the house offers a soulful, textured, and deeply personal sanctuary amidst lush greenery, wildlife, and unique bird species.
